Any good craftsman knows that understanding the potential and proper use of his tools is the key to success.
Today, we are faced with hundreds of options for managing our work and our lives using a computer. We receive hundreds of emails a week, write dozens of documents, and often wonder “is there an easier way I could be doing this?”
Technical Coaching provides the answers to that nagging question. Do you wish you could find information on the Internet faster? Do you want to know how to use all the features of your email program? Do you wonder if there is a way to organize your schedule online? Do you want to know how to organize all of those digital photos, now that you finally got them off of the camera?

The video tutorials at BKTutorials.com are pretty easy to figure out, but I did want to highlight a few features of the video interface for you. Specifically, I want to highlight the fullscreen button on the far right of the controller. All of the tutorials have been recorded on a 1024 x 768 screen, but are shrunk to almost half that size to fit in articles like this one. So, if you are having trouble viewing all of the on screen details, try the full screen button and see if that works better.
